Yikes ...this is gonna sting. Lord help.
I can't sugarcoat this one. It's time to reconfigure the emotional space that you allow some people to live in rent-free in your head.
Some of them are no longer your friends. They are now associates...acquaintances. Too much time has been spent on if/when they call, how they responded, if/when they supported or what they said.
There is no need to announce an exit, get angry or become their enemy, but it IS time to place them in their respective compartments in your mental space.
Your emotional ties and attention toward those who no longer fit into your world...is obstructing your view from the new connections and relationships that God has lined up for your future.
2024 is supposed to be LIT-LIT. Your connections to the right people will play a great role in how things move between now and March 23, 2024.
