Yikes! Uhm kay...dis one gone sting a lil bit...
Often times we go to God telling Him about our mountains: Lord why? Lord they offended me. God it's not fair. Lord how am I supposed to deal with this? Lord can you shake'em up right quick or give'em diarrhea for what they did to me? Lord how am I supposed to get out of this situation? How...why...
Somehow…we forgot to tell the mountain about OUR GOD. Trust me…I’ve made this mistake more than a few times myself.
In some cases, this mountain wrecks or overtakes us for hours…days…weeks…emotionally and spiritually.
Sir...Mam...it's time for you to get a backbone concerning your mountain. It's time to face this thing/situation head on and with confidence, boldness and faith. Not with disrespect…but with the knowledge that God has you covered!
How in the world did the mountain become bigger than the God that we serve? The mountain does NOT have the power to pluck you out of your position, seat, grace or understanding…but YOU will end up removing yourself if you’re not careful. How is the mountain gonna overtake you anyway...when God is standing before, beside and behind you? Sheeeeeesh. Face the mountain. Face the mountain. You don’t have to coward down…face the mountain.
God has and is gracing you with all that you need to move through the intricate fibers of this mountain-like situation. Keep moving. Don’t let the mountain become a distraction. Keep moving. Face the mountain. Tell the mountain who your God is. Even me Lord…even me.
AMPLIFIED: He answered, “Because of your little faith [your lack of trust and confidence in the power of God]; for I assure you and most solemnly say to you, [a]if you have [living] faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and [if it is God’s will] it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
